Suzuki is strange company it has not delivered cars with 1546 invoice but started delivery of cars having 1733 invoice why would they do that? I can see multiple ads on Pakwheels listing invoice price of 1733.

The car is 1 month old, had a talk with insurance representative, we have decided to go for Suzuki showroom at i-9. Let's see how it goes

More than 4 guys as they almost 10 days in TDD generation and then there is delay in delivery so it takes 5 months in total for you to get hands on new car

So finally I received a meaningful email response from Paksuzuki.

Better replace all damaged parts. Don't come in game of insurance surveyor. Your wish, your command should be involved in decision of your car not that of insurance company or surveyor.

This cannot be true. A company is liable to give spare wheel or air pump. Not sure about the liquid though.

Today I came to know that there is delay of at-least 10 days in delivery of Alto as per salesman of Federal motors now all the deliveries for 1st week of May have been cleared so by next week delivery of 2nd week of May will done. As per him they have large number of orders for Alto which is causing delays and again he also said penalty will be paid to customers.

Salam again guys as you knw that i am an auto mobile enthusiast since along time .... after buying this Alto i saw that bulbs often got fused and owners didnt know how to replace them as the dealer ship didt respond well on this bulbs fised issue and even they didnt got the replacement bulbs and also going to the road side mechanics wont solve the issue as well....... so my tutorial about un installing the bumper removing tail lights than installing new bulbs will be very help ful to Alto owners here !

Well car is in Suzuki showroom, the surveyor was kind and immediately just took the pics and asked the Suzuki service men to get the car inspected. Tomorrow I'll go for the inspection myself as well about how the repair progress is going. I believe dealerships will try to replace everything instead of repairing. Still let's see what happens. They've asked me to pick the car on Saturday though

Try to get copy of Final estimate showing Surveyor approved items as well as non-approved items. Also check the depreciation amount of the items which you have to pay.

If this is your 1st claim, then discuss with branch manager to waive off this depreciation amount.

you are not supposed to touch the bulbs with bare hands, causes them to fuse more often.

this is usually done after very tough approval processes in an insurance company. so consider it impossible.
