we can do it taking the manual car parts like gear rods, fork, but we need to replace the brake pedal because the brake pedal in ags / automatic cars is wider than the manual car's brake pedal.

it would be fun to drive if this DIY can be done and some one has the guts to do with his car.
it can be done if a manual and ags are placed side by side and compared underneath and from engine bay.

wait for the light to pop up again and find the pattern. If you have no symptoms of malfunction or nothing to show odds are that the dealership won't be able to diagnose. do check the basics like AGS fluid level, engine oil level, battery level and charge etc. All the best.

I am using 17570R13 continental CC6 and car is very smooth and silent.

They are soft with 0 road noise. Huge difference. Felt minor road noise between 60~65km/h after 65km/h they are super quite.

They are too heavy on suspension plus steering feels stiff.

Nope 175/70R13 continental cc6 are doing very good as I don't find 145/80R13 to be a good size there might be a very slight difference in mileage like 0.5/1KMPL but that's not huge also these tires make car more stable at 100 KMPH speed on motorway.

The tires of any company are soft till almost 10k kms and then they show their true properties. If the tire is hard it won't be evident till almost 10k. Keep us posted brother how these tyres perform long term 10K+

ABS you can consider for VXL. Power windows can be installed not a big deal. All black interior is offered as premium product. Can check grande & civic RS as an example.

I am not sure about other cities but in Faisalabad, while scheduled maintenance Suzuki workshop waly throttle body clean krny k ley car se petrol nikalty hain. Engine bay mai kahe se petrol pipe utar kr bottle bher lety hain.

Definitely ik to petrol waste (once I observed, they took 1,5 liter bottle but used less then half of it). Lekn mera concern tha k "Nobody should play with piping/clamps in engine bay".

This time I got solution from Toyota workshop, they used a throttle body cleaner spray for this purpose.

I bought one bottle, price is 300 Rs and its enough for 2-3 times cleaning.

how is the behaviour of your altos on cat eyes, potholes and joints on roads??

does it make sound too hard and it feels like the shockers have gone.

Although suspension of alto is soft but one does feel quite a bit of jerk when passing over cateyes, potholes etc. Maybe its due to small tyres installed or low tavel distance of suspension upon impact. One thing to note is that people on rear seat experience more jerks on potholes due to lower quality seats.

design and suspension part's quality is reasonable.

missing link is the softness of tyres. which can be mitigated to an extent by installing softer tyres, but then it will miss the budget car criteria, spending 40 or 50k on tyres, where will savings end up?

BTW, its a tiny little car, cannot be compared with comfort and ride quality of any sedan, even much older. but still its doing the job pretty good, just need to keep it in mind that its built around fuel efficiency

agreed, but two days back i rode in 2012 suzuki alto which was driven more than 80k kms. it was way way softer than our new alto and had no sound on pot holes and bumps.

One more fault is the blind spot while driving. the A pillar in alto hinders the visibility and it almost hides a biker or a pedestrian coming in cross direction from right.

in 2012 alto, they have given a small quarter glass which resolves the issue alot.
