Well mine was vibrating at speed of 80 km/h. But after wheel balancing at 10k service at dealership rectified the issue.

Agreed but got the balancing done from outside and till 100 vibration is gone... and i don't have guts to take this car beyond 100...

one idiotic thing which i have noted. me and my office friend got the ags on same dates. till 5000 kms service my car was also giving 18.5 easily but then it decreased, whereas my friend didnt took the car to PS for 5000 kms service and got only oil/filter /service done from his area workshop. his car still gives 18 i wonder why..........is there any conspiracy behind or is this just my brain.......

Guys please help me out. My Alto VXL 2021, 17K driven, is vibrating at speeds above 110 km/hr. I bought this vehicle brand new and replaced stock tyres and rims with alloys/Dunlop tyres (165/65/14).

I visited Wheel & Wheels Islamabad, they balanced the tyres, did the alignment and camber adjustment, and billed me Rs. 2000/- but the problem is still there. In fact wheels were already balanced, he hardly added any weight.

The wheels run totally straight when they are run on balancing machine.
When I returned to the shop and told him that the problem is not resolved, he lifted front left tyre and rotated it at high speed by putting the transmission in 2nd gear. At this position, the tyre was not rotating straight, going a bit left and right so he said that it is due to larger wheels. But I think if a wheel of any vehicle is lifted like this, it will not run straight because when you jack up the car, the lifted wheel becomes out of camber, meaning it is not hanging straight in air, it is little curved. What is your input on this matter. Any help will be appreciated

if you are using Chinese RIms then there is porbability that they could not be balanced due to manufacturing fault in rims.

Rims with out of spec off set can also cause this issue at higher speeds.

Wat is the manufacturing date on ur dunlops? grey market purchase or under warranty?

smuggled tyres come folded for long time in such a way which makes the structure of tyre deformed.

P.S. i got delivery of Alto in Mar 22, took it for test drive on motorway, found wobbling issue, went back to dealership, they balanced the tyres mentioning that factory staff took take this balancing job very seriously to save some time as they wont test it at higher speed in factory.

since then, its working fine with stock rims and tyres. no virations , wobbling etc, goes upto 140 effortlessly planted on road, almost driven 7000 till now as being 3rd car

if all things are good, check for following steps:

1) Rotate tires from front to back and check by driving if it resolves the issue.
and still not resolved then try this,

2) Ask the wheel alignment shop to lift the car on jack stand, from one side of front, put another jack under the khainchi under the ball joint SO THAT some load goes on wheel so that it will act like its running on road and the wheel lifts up straight. start the car and put in gear, if there is wobbling then there must be play in the axle shaft.

Bought the rims for Rs. 45,000/- back in August 2021. I think they are Chinese or maybe Taiwanese.
Tyres were 2021 made and imported through proper channel.

If tyres or rims are bent, I think it should also be noticeable/visible when they are run on balancing machine.

I also got the vehicle balanced/aligned from Suzuki dealership. The technician said there is no problem with the car but it is lightweight, it is not built for 140 kmph speed as due to lightweight, the air lift it up and causes vibration. LOL

Tyres were exchanged front to back and vice versa during recent visit to Wheel & Wheels. No idea about the axle shaft as its a new car, never hit any pothole on high speed. People say all Suzukis are like that, they vibrate on high speeds. Is it ture?

on alto? i have found this car extremely unreliable at speeds above 90kmph to be honest. bro please do not trust this light vehicle with 140kmph for your own safety and for others around you
