agree with your point but they have our full payments 5 months ago which is very long time for a small car that has very basic features yet still they are taking more time then promised date.. as per their feedback they have shortage of inventory which is because of LC issue government created last month

yes probably ur particular car will be on the assembly line at a certain point unable to move forward because the part needed to be installed at that point isnt available in inventory.

and why is that because, it cannot be produced locally and have to be imported from certain other country, for which a letter of credit has been applied which needs SBP approval, due to some situation with FE reserves, SBP is not letting the LCs go thru to prevent outflow of $.

im sure u certainly dont want an incomplete car, say without an instrument cluster or without AC compressor.

so, imagine urself in this situation, wat will u do?

halt the assembly line till u get the required parts OR let the assemblers stand at the designated post, doing nothing, just waiting and playing with tools?

Not recommend: any changes in the electric wiring as it will void your warranty.

i think there is no warranty for electric components, wiring etc

If you alter electric wiring, then anything that works on wires will be out of warranty e.g Ac/motors/lights etc

I don't think if there is point in launching VXR AGS as it wont be more value to money. VXL AGS is +1 LAC rs and includes power windows and retractable mirrors. Is there something i'm missing, someone please explain?

The price of VXL will further increase as the rumors about Suzuki facing issues with AGS technology have died down after the launch of basic alto with AGS. If Pak Suzuki was facing issues with AGS, they would have never launched VXR AGS.

Moreover, in VXL (one lac rupees more than VXR AGS), you get power windows, power n retractable side mirrors, LCD, two-tone interior, charging outlet, wheel caps, and body colored door handles. So it is better to buy VXL, in which these things are company fitted whereas when you install them in VXR, the warranty is void.

They just got excuses for increasing prices whether its dollar price hike, electric bills, freight getting expensive etc. They will charge whatever they want.

And there are Indians who come to facebook/twitter/forums and mock pakistani auto-industry for selling crap at so much high prices.

who ever i have talked to says their shud have been a manual VXL instead.

103,000 is merely 5% of the price (21,20,000) any one paying lumsum or going thru financing would opt for VXL AGS any day.

Although for rs.144,000 you get AGS and ABS.

This has to be Suzukis cheapest AGS offering, Maybe they have more AGS units for Alto then they are selling.

Wagonr with 1 Airbag and AGS is rs.238000 pricier then VXL manual

In Cultus's case its only the transmission which alone costs rs.210,000 on top of VXL Manual

While Swifts CVT rs 240,000

as per my marketing experience ye new variant sirf 1 marketing stunt hai inho ny vxl ka rate increase kr dena hai jb wo afford nahi hogi to log vxr ags lengy aur ya phir 1 lakh difference se log vxl ki tarf jana zayda behter pasand karengy.. These are just marketing strategies that marketers use to generate more sales by using these type tactics
