Suzuki dealerahips don't even have AGS fluid in stock these days. I checked from two dealerships in my area and both them said it's short.
The situation is so bad that one of the dealership didn't even had spark plugs for Alto.

If Gov didn't open LCs in near future, even the on road vehicles will be stranded due to unavailability of parts.

anyone here have any idea regarding insurance ? i had my alto parked in the street and someone hit it and broke the rear bumper . i am currently in Quetta and i have called for a claim . The surveyor inspected the car and suggested the bumper change , but the problem is that he is asking me to pay the bill to the showroom by giving excuse that they do not have credit system with the concerned showroom and the insurance company will refund me the check within a month . As far as i know the insurance company pays itself , want to confirm this procedure that does insurance work like this as well ? Another question is that what if i dont get it repaired here and take the car to islamabad where i had claimed my insurance a few months back , would insurance company make a trouble on not getting it repaired ?

both scenarios you mentioned are pretty much possible. your insurance company must not have panel workshops in Quetta so you will pay the bill (amounts approved by Surveyor) and will get compensated by insurance company later on (less depreciation on parts). if you want to get it repaired in isb, you cab do that too or any other city like Khi/Lhr in between where the dealership will work on credit

the problem u r expected to face is, insurance wont cover 100% payment u make to shop.

even after depreciation adjsutemnt, they will say that labor is charged too much and they will pay only 50% of that.

so make sure to clear this part, get a quote from shop and get it approved from ur insurance pre hand and proceed further.

I think so. Our awaam would prefer opening / closing windows & side mirrors manually as well as doing away with wheel covers, LCD, beige interior, & matching door handles, in order to save 103K and use it on fuel instead.

But everyone has their own opinion I have come across people who say we don't open windows so whether it's manual or automatic doesn't matter to some extent they are correct as level of pollution and dust we have there is no point in opening windows. I do think that adjustable and retractable mirrors are more useful things which should be available in vxr or maybe make these things optional

As per my information there is auto policy which bind the automobile company to delivery in two months , but these companies after collecting millions of rupees (full Payment) in advance are giving tentative dates of 5 months. Which they are still not complying. Further now Pak Suzuki motors says that due to economic conditions they are unable to deliver vehicle on time. But my Car was booked 5 months back and economic instability and currency devaluation started in july,2022, when full payment was made the customer has the right to get the vehicle on spot but still it is taking almost half a year. I am surprised that Suzuki doesn't maintain any buffer stock of parts to process the orders which they are booking and collecting the amounts from customers in full.
