My monthly running is less than 1000kms. Should I get my engine oil changed every 5k kms or every 3 months as told by the dealership?
(I've driven 3800 kms in first 5 months and haven't yet changed engine oil)

Change the oil after every 6 months if you are using fully synthetic oil. Suzuki 5w-30 and 0w-20 are synthetic oils.
Since dealerships pour 10w-40 in alto which is not synthetic oil. You should change it after every 3 months otherwise sludge will build up in the engine in the long run.

Which oil comes in zero meter alto from factory?

Pak Suzuki is filling 10W-40, but the recommendation for same engine in Japan is 0W-20 and 5W-30 for the turbo engine.
Turbo engines produce a lot of heat even then Suzuki Japan recommends 5W-30, not 10W-40.

Dealerships are filling obsolete API spec10w-40 mineral oil in these small engines.

I have heard mix opinion regarding washing the engine bay while servicing the car, expert opinion is requested, please.

Also if it is not good to wash the engine bay then how to clean it?

I have washed engine bay myself as well as from service station with very low pressure water spray. Just dont pressure wash the engine bay. Afterwards dry engine bay thoroughly with air blower.

I also recommend covering electrical components with polythene bag and after engine wash, driving the car so that engine reaches its optimum running temperature to dry off the powertrain completely and air gets into every corner of the suspension parts where water can stay for long periods causing creaks and sounds in long run. Aslo use a degreaser and tap water pressure to rinse. Use a small detailing brush to agitate the degreaser after letting it sit for almost a minute. Dry as many parts you can as water marks spoil the look of all plastic parts. Cars that just stand in garage and gets washed on weekends will start to rust faster. Also do not wash a recently driven car as it's not good for engine block and rotors. Sudden change of temperature may crack or deform metal. At Least wait a good 30 mins before washing after a drive.

Mannn, who in the world has time to wait and sit at washing station for 30 mins after wash for the car to dry. That is just unrealistic.

Brother you read it wrong, I have mentioned not to wash a hot car right after its been driven and wait 30 mins before washing as it may warp your brake rotors or harm engine if sprayed directly with water when hot. Why would one need to wait at a service station to dry the car? lol. I have also mentioned earlier in the same comment that the car should be driven to dry the water from all components (ideally). not necessarily.
All in all I have learnt from personal experience that the car should not be unnecessarily washed. If it needs a dry clean, give it a dry clean. If its has a few bird droppings just soak them and clean them off. Washing a car everyday or 2-3 times a week is not good for the car.

No need wash engine bay ideally. You are shortening everything. I wash engine bay like once or twice a month. I put simple plastic bag over battery and ECU. Put simple tap over over it and then with narrow soft brush, clean all the accessibile areas with shampoo solution and put tap over it again. Leave the bonnet open for 2 3 hours to dry it completely without touching the car electrical like ignition or anything.

Jerks are normal in AGS until the gear oil warms up

Guys finally got my Alto AGS VXL after 6 months of wait. Car is giving 21km/l on mixed driving along canal route. with traffic and AC. Car is 70 km driven right now, hopefully will improve with time.
