Yes, thats what i am saying. if u drive morning and evening on shahrahe faisal at peak office hours you wont get more than 16 despite how hard or soft foot you use.

in late hours at around 12 night, i drove from johar to nazimabad via dalmia and hassn square the guage showed 19 easill but as soon as drive in traffic of saddar and shahrahe faisal it goes back to 16 or even 14

so in-short car's millage is upon the road condition, the max i get is 23kmpl on Sahra-e-faisal at early morning or even in lyari expressway if i drive it on 80km constant speed.

yes 120kmph speed for this car is too much close to death whenever i reached above 100 i keep my eyes and mind focused on road, only do it when road is empty.

it is 5w-30 , My first oil change was at 5000 km. then they refill it will 5w-30. after 1st oil change at 5000 km my car is only driven 3200 km so far on the new engine oil.

How many months have passed since oil change. You must change it before 6 months.

I drive my AGS alto routinely on GT road from Islamabad to Jhelum and my car gives average between 24 to 27.5 depending on driving style (both on meter cluster as well as by manual calculation with variation of ~0.5km/L between the two). 6500 km driven overall on 10w-40. But planning to shift to fully synthetic 0w-20 from next oil change.

Dear brother, I have watched on youtube that such scratches can be removed using a heat gun but not too close. These scratches are deep in plastic and are not surface level so heating the plastic makes them go away.

Don't go with heat gun technique. It will disturb the texture in the plastic which will look worse than those scratches.
Heat gun would have worked better if it's a plane plastic with no texture in it.
The only option is to replace that plastic part or leave it as it's.

i was about to use heat gun tech. but not now as @ifadey suggested me and i did something I have deashboard cleaner turtle wax (bought 1 year ago for my uncle civic x) .. i applied at least now its not clearly visible any more ..

at least but in sunshine it visible let me share the current pix with u.. trust me.. the material of alto ... .. its prone to scratch easily!

yea at least its now bearable lets c . or .i will try to contact dealer. once he replaced the streeing horn conver for me but at that was it was his mistake..

I have bit smaller dent on the same area thanks to chughtai lab guy crashing into the back while car was on a stop. I have left it as is as a "nazar wattoo" lol.

PDR or dry denting can remove it without repainting

this can be removed provided there is space for the dentar to get his tools inside. dry dent can be done.
