Exactly, My point is this and they even cant issue someone a number plate without the reciept

Your case is valid, and you should go to excise and talk to someone.

i recently applied for new ajrak wali number plates in civic center Karachi. i being the owner went myself with original NIC and file of car and a receipt of 800 was issued for new plates in the name of owner. i believe in your case the receipt was cut by previous owner who applied for them on his NIC. go to second floor of civic center with original file of car and copy of owner's NIC and you will get new plates easily. got mine on Friday after 15 days of payment of 800 fee. since you are new owner of car and applying again that's why they must be saying that it is already applied.

IF the plates are physically issued the file will have this stamp at multiple papers on file. sending you pictures of my own car file after receiving original plates 2 days back:

go to second floor. counters open after 9.30.go around 9.45 and you will be served quickly. dont get late as they shut at 2pm.

While there is nothing in my file that states the number plate has been issued, I have a paper that states the number plate has not been issued. Tomorrow, I will confirm what the issue is. When I bought this car, everything was original and I received a paper for the number plates, which indicated that they were not issued. Therefore, I am unaware of what the problem is, as my agent says that someone else has taken it.

noone can take original number plates unless he have complete file along with smart card in original. they stamp this at various pages inside. if there is no Stamp of number plate issued as i mentioned above then there is thick chance that original plates still with department.

What is the recommended tyre air pressure for alto PKDM?

33 shud do fine with stock tyres

Recommended pressure is 36 psi, but dealerships usually fill 33 psi for stock tires (General Euro Tycoon) because its max pressure limit is 35 psi, and it's hard tire.

If you have installed tire whose max pressure limit is more than 36 psi like 44 psi or 52 psi and its size is same as stock, then the Suzuki's recommended pressure i.e. 36 psi must be filled. Otherwise, your ride handling will suffer and tire will puncture more frequently. I have seen some Japanese tires which don't mention any max psi limit, 36 psi must be filled in such cases as well.
