Thank you for your input. I will be leaving for Swat from Karachi this week hence was inclined on the idea to change gear oil and plugs given the manual says 24 months and mine have been out for 30 months now but with little mileage.

I have an Alto AGS 2019.
Gear oil changed 15k KMs ago.
Baqi maintaince b timepay krta hun.
Kal maine tuning aur service krwae.
Aj chalane ky thore der bad AGS gear shift ni krha tha. 1st gear pay he tha.
Phr manual mai chalane lga power b bht kam the. I went to mechanic he said AGS issue hoga, ye change hoga.
Phr wapse pay khud ba khud thek hogae. Gear shifting b, power b.
Kafi dfa off krke rest dekar phrse start krke dekhe n its was completely okay.

So update. It was not an AGS issue. Bad fuel. It messed up the fuel lines, that is why loss of power, jerks and the AGS was not shifting gears properly.

So update guys, got one 57K driven for 2.33M. @nfssaad

So far pretty great, will keep updating though. Only irritating thing is AGS of course, probably take some time to get accustomed to it.

I have noticed one thing though, when put in reverse, the car needs just a bit of throttle to move i.e simply putting your foot off brake pedal won't move it the way it works in other auto trannys. Is this normal for AGS or is it something else?

Apart from that no shifting delays or clutch etc sound during shifting.

I have to press key unlock/ lock button 4 to 5 times to unlock door after car remain parked for few hours. After that it behaves normally with locking/ unlocking on first try. I have changed battery cell in key.

What can be the issue.

1. Dealership Recommendation for Lahore: First, I’d like to know which Suzuki dealership is the best for handling the entire booking process. I’m also planning to get the car serviced through Suzuki, so it would be great if the dealership is reliable for both purchasing and maintaining the car.

2. Delivery Time: What’s the current waiting time for the delivery of the Suzuki Alto?

3. Model Year Concerns: If I book the car now, I want to ensure it’s manufactured in 2025 and is a 2025 model. How can I ensure the dealership doesn’t give me a 2024-manufactured car while claiming it’s a 2025 model?

Change whenever you change gear oil.

If you are not wearing seat belt it will not move on releasing brake or moves very slowly.
