Yeah I know lekin sometimes engine capacity doesnt matter.
People also go for comfort, ac, features etc

Like in my case engine size didn't matter I left a 1000cc car for 660cc

Lekin har banday ki apni preference hoti hai
Some want new car usski price mein
some want k bari gaari ho
some want k JDM ho
some want economical ho
some want choti ho space issues hon gaari khari karnay kay

For example jis cousin ko city le k di hai .its a 2015 model 28k driven. He could have gotten the new 0 Meter Cultus in his budget and all that and airbags bhi hotay lekin he wanted k bad baari gaari ho beshak purani ho bas baari gaari ho even tough his family is the couple themselves and 2 year old boy. they dont need a bigger sedan lekin bas preference ki baat hai

In terms of suspension and comfort between city and cultus

Cultus thori uchalti hai due to less weight. Not khadon mein but wavy road ho tou uchlay gi since less weight.
Suspension i would say both are equal but Honda is delicate suspension so if you dont drive it right suspension over haul will be required in 3-6 years depending on kaisay drive ki hai and suspension overhaul mein original parts hoon tou hell expensive.

Comfort wise city has more comfort. The seats are a little bit better and overall bhi comfort level thora zaida hai
