Suzuki Alto VXR (1000CC) 2007 Model Gear Oil Leaks & Clutch is Hard little bit

I have ALTO VXR 2007. I am experiencing gear oil leakage from gear
lever, seems like gear lever seal is broken. There are few drops under
the hood when the car is parked for a long time.

Can Anyone plz guide me a good mechanic in Islamabad or Pindi who can fixed this well and what could it cost for all the seal replacement etc. Also its clutch is hard from normal. What could b the reason, Is their any issue with Clutch plates etc. I already replaced clutch wire and its hardness decrease a little bit but still its hard then normal.

Bro did you fixed it? What cost came, and what was the procedure? Did the mechanic fixed the seal from the bottom or entire gear was disassembled? I am experiencing the same issue please guide me, thank you.
