Suzuki Alto VXR 2010 (petrol)

Guys i just wanted a price check for my ride ,my dad bought me this car in august 2010 , if we sell the car in pure stock condition with its original mp3 player how much can we get?
the car doesnt hav generl tyres they have been replaced with YOKOHAMA tubeless tyre +the car has keyless entry system and seat covers
Mileage is near 3500km approx and car is on petrol & insured till 2012 & maintained through margalla motors
and yea the car has a scratch on the left side back door as shown in the pic , i dnt know who did ths=( but there is no dent or any other scratch the car is being polished after evry 20 days
& 2nd thing i want to ask how much can i get for the stock mp3 player if i sell it coz i already have 2 players with me . as we dont have any intention to sell the car ryt now its just a price check
(the pictures in the last is of the first day, when it was delivered to us after a week =D)

Insured till 2012+tires+car cost+reg.... you should get at-least 690-710,000

Considering, Insurance 40,000(+) + Tires 15,000(+) + Registration 20,000 + Car Cost 710,000 = 785,000

Edit: Just saw your car is non CNG so 640-660,000 I think

Thanks a lot buddy=) btw new petrol 1 is for 656 now am i ryt ? and i paid 23 k for registration & tyres were chnged in exchnge of the original i payed a diff of 7k , 5.5k for central locking and remote + seat covers
btw u evn own a alto buddy ? i have sumthng to ask whts yr mileage on petrol & CNG both and in how much money does yr cylinder gets full. as im not satisfied with the fuel average with petrol and what do you suggest should we sell ths car and go for some othr 1000cc car ?

That's as good as a new car. The way things are going in Pakistan, you'll only be losing 20k not more from the total money you've spent.

Alto never boasts excellent mileage. Our 2007 gives around 180 on the highway in one CNG cylinder, and 140 in the city. Anything around those figures will be acceptable.

As Bango said you should not loose more than 20-30,000 of what you paid in total (lock+tire+reg+etc included). So you can make an estimate from that, Alto is a HOT CAKE of the market!

Yes i also own an Alto CNG of July 2010, and love it, had some problem with the hard steering so I installed EPS (power steering) in it and now everything is fine.

I have learned that mileage mostly depends on how you maintain the car, My mileage is,

CNG w A/C = 110-130kms... 15km/kg (aprox) (mostly 120km is the average but like I said it changes after a few(2-3) months and means it wants service, get 130 when I drive mostly on signal free roads)
CNG w.o A/C = 130-150kms 17.5km/kg (aprox)
CNG w A/C Highway = 150-170kms 20km/kg (aprox)
CNG w.o A/C Highway = 170-200kms 22km/kg (aprox)

Though I feel it should give more mileage... it can not give more mileage than this... unless I move to a cooler city like Lahore/Islamabad/Murree/Quetta...

CNG tank gets filled @ RS 460-520 depending on gas pressure (8-9kg CNG from 220bars to 240+bars)

Alto is not very good with petrol thats what I think 12-14km/ltr it the average I think.

If you are thinking of buying Vitz/Swift than I would say go for it and sell it if your going to buy Coure/Cultus then I will say just spend a little more and get a CNG kit installed into your car and have fun...

Or if you can pay a little premium sell the car and by a factory fitted CNG Alto, I do not know but I have a thing for factory fitted stuff do not like to replace/add stuff until absolutely needed.

Edit: Yes new petrol is going for 656K + 5K for metallic = 661K for petrol Alto.

btw doesnt the warranty gets void by installing the EPS ? and how much did it costed you for the EPS and do we hav to do sum alterations ? whr can i find one. please guide me

Well if you tune your ALTO on CNG well its best, Alto runs best on CNG, I have my car tuned well and it runs better on CNG than on petrol.

Warranty gets void when you install EPS, but then again... do you really think Suzuki will claim any warranty if God forbid there is some fault... they will always blame it on you.... btw installing central locking and security also voids warranty.

Got my EPS installed in my 2010 Alto from Saddar (Near Plaza) from Fareed 0300.899.3993, he did a very professnal job, he has EPS units with him if he is out he can arrange it for you.

Cost (incl Labour)

EPS: 4,200

After getting the EPS in my ALTO I can not think of being without it.... steering is as smooth as butter on turns, and gets hard when car goes above 60km/hr

^^ yes they do give warranty..!!...claimed it 2 times for my alto..!

@poster...alto mileage on petrol sux..it gives around 8-9kmpl..! which is not good for a small car..!

The installation is bolt-to-bolt... the original "qainchi" comes out and EPS(Japanese) going in with has EPS mortar & computer-chip attached to it.

btw m getting cng kit wid 50kg cylinder for 25k? with 1 year warranty is it worth ?

the gear oil seal was leak..!!..nd second time oil chamber was leak,...!! both times they replaced the things with zero cost..!!
