Suzuki Alto Vxr RPM Setting ( Ac and Idle)

Hi @askai37 bhai can you please guide me On my alto when i turn on Ac RPM Drops a little. On idle Rpm shows higher side around (900). On Ac on it drops to 700. Can you please guide me how can i adjust this. Also what is the preffered RPM at AC on and idle.
If possible please share your whatsapp contact.

On idle it should be at 1100 RPM with Ac 900 rpm,

alto vxr idle rpm should be around 1000rpm with ac. there is a screw(plus one) just side of butterfly spring. move it with ac on and adjust rpm.

Thanks it solved my issue i adjusted both idle butterfly screw and ac one with spring . Keeping idle at 800-900 and witch ac at 1000.
Now my issues is when i drive the car in this setting for like an hour when it heats up the idle rpm reaches at around 1100 with ac and 1000 without AC.
is there a better way to fine tune this?
Should i do thhis while car is heated up?

Also any brother can share the vaccume pipes pictures the origal settings. Currently i can see only 1 switch of vaccume for Ac only i have seen multiple video where vultus and alto have 2 vaccume switches. I dont know if that is removed by previous owner.

is thermostat present in yur car. radiator thermostat.

i have fan direct just taken over the maintainence of thsi car and not sure if that thermostat is working or not but fan is direct.

make fan auto and check . imo this is the problem. and the switches is EVAP switches . it should be only one in altovxr

Thanks for the info Yes i have one installed which works with Ac inly not for headlights i saw 2 in cultus for headlights also which is responsible to adjust race well no worries with that i have 45amps alternator installed which works fine with headlights and other electrical load on less rpm around 900.

Make sure your engine has a thermostat and you only adjust rpm with engine fully at hot operating temperature.

Dont do anything on cold engine.

With thermostat your engine should warm up within 3 to 5 minutes. (Needle in middle)
