I have just returned from Federal Motors, Islamabad after having a detailed look into Indonesian made Suzuki APV. I am going for the vehicle. Will have CNG installed in it because there is enough space behind the last seat for a cylinder. Dual A/c and six speakers make the car quite comfortable. The delivery time is 2 months. However I could not get the choice of colors from the showroom. I will have it leased from a bank or a leasing company. I will sell mt Corolla XLi 2004 for the same price.
IT REALLY IS A GOOD BUY I THINK BUT YOU PLEASE REMEMBER TO TELL ME WHAT IT REALLY IS LIKE. IS THIS REALLY INDONESIAN BY THE WAY? THE SUZUKI NEXT TO TOYOTA IN ISB SAID ITS JAPANESE! WHAT ABOUT THE VITARA?
On the front windshield of APV parked at Federal Motors, there is paper pasted when says INDO-SUZUKI. Should that not tell the whole story. The thing I liked is the luggage space even after installing the CNG cylinder. There is ample leg room at the rear seats. Haven't checked the thrust of the A/c. I need to drive it before finally going for it. As for Vitara, its smaller than APV. Since its petrol and twice the displacement capacity of APV, would consume lot of fuel and gas, as the case may be. Secondly its twice the price. If Rs. 2.3 Million is to be spent on a 4X4 why not Hilux or Prado.
You're absolutely right. Where is Vitara from, do you know? Anyways, all that you've mentioned about the APV is correct. I myself wanted to write all that but was too lazy too. I believe the middle seats move front and back too. And then, it has 7 seat belts, even for the rear seats. I would definitely have gone for it if i had the money man.
There is a lil confusion here on Pkwheels about the APV ...
a. 845,000 b. 999,000 c. 115,000
