some hiccough is normal in baleno specilly on cng, will be felt more when cold.
as JZ has asked abt throttle body have you cleaned it yourself or from a mechanic, plz clean it from a propper mechanic
check your air filter, if dirty replace it..
instead of going to road side mechanics go to Suzuki 3 S stealership..they will be a bit expensive in terms of services but can diagnose if the coils are faulty.. but dont buy spaes from them, try to find genuine ones in open market.
try to fill cng from a good cng station once you find it try to stick to that station... cng quality is 1 of the most fluctating thing among fuels..
in the end plz do the cng settings from a good mechanic.
