During acceleration, the car will go smoothly from 1st gear to 2nd and so on ... but when shifting down to second gear, it loses it's pick and get the pick slowly after like 5-10 seconds.
Thats normal in baleno. Pick improves after it crosses 1500 RPM especially with AC on. Without AC pick is fine.
