Suzuki Baleno Or Honda City Exis

I am looking for a car within range of 4.5 lac in Karachi. But i have read forums related to Baleno & City EXi and found out much problems identified with Baleno.
Please guide me for best car out of these two or anyother car within given rang having back space. Please give me best advise and merit /demerits of these cars

Yes Bro Baleno has got some little problems, but minor problems that can be maintained.if you ask baleno or city ,then city is one step ahead.other option is a cultus in a very good condition in 4'5.

I can give you some classic options as well, if your interested in classic cars.you won't need 4'5laks ,some very decent cars in less then your 4'5 budget.

City is a much better car but at ths point in time, any Honda that old will not be reliable. The D series would generally heat up and once it does, it is very hard to fix by our local mechanics.

OK bro first option is the legendary Toyota corolla fifth generation 1984-85-86 very reliable car with a good resale value.(1).
the next option is Honda civic fourth generation, a good car as well(2).
Suzuki marghalla is the third option (3).
fourth is Nisan sunny 1985 to 1997(4).
You can buy them in a really really good condition in just around 2-8 or 3 laks or 3-8 or 4 laks.all of them are sedans so alot of space in the back as well.

Resale value of baleno is not good but better than Honda city in terms of suspension,parts and maintenance

Why not 88 corolla petrol/diesel
Honda real luxury car but very bad according to suspension
For margalla then baleno is better than margalla
