Hello Everyone,
Problem:
My Suzuki Baleno 2003 was dropping its RPM leaving accelerator or while changing gears or if I press clutch while driving. Speciallty while taking U-turns and while stopping at traffic signals. The pick of the car was very low during the RPM from 1-2 & if the RPM crosses 2 the pick gets normal.
Struggle for solving the issue:
I went to Pak Suzuki Service Centre with the issue & got my car tuned. They serviced complete throtle body, fuel injectors, general car tuning, oil changed, oil filter changed, air filter changed, plugs changed, plug O rubbers changed & Gaskit Head Rubber changed. Even after spending Rs. 15,000 I couldn't get rid of the problem. RPM was still dropping and the engine turned off again and again too. Pak Suzuki Mechanics suggested me to get my TP Sensor & Crank Sensor checked
I went to a local mechanic in Johar Town and he said that the coils & fuel injectors are weak and both of them should be replaced.
I bought genuine baleno coils for Rs. 7,000 & fuel injectors for Rs. 2,500.
I couldn't get rid of the problem even after replacing the coils & fuel injectors.
I was very unsatisfied by the mechanic & I moved to a mechanic referred by my colleague & he identified a problem with the timing belt or timing rotating gear (GARRAARI) or Main Pully
Actual Solution:
The mechanic opened the timing side of the engine and found MAIN PULLY , Crank rotating gear (CRANK GARRARI) & Water Body broken.
I bought the parts from Bhatti Autosm Township.
Main Pully: Rs. 3,000
Crank Garrari: Rs. 2,500
Water Body: Rs. 2,800
Replcaed these parts and now the issue is 100% resolved and the RPM is stable. RPM is not dropping anywhere and the pick during the RPM 1-2 is normal as well. Fuel Average has increased to around 13km/ltr in city now.
