Suzuki bike gs-150cc self start issue

Hi every one , I seek your help as I kind of lost. My bike started to behave wiered since lat week. First fuse blasted, then suddenly self start is not working just producing sound like the attached video.

First fuse issue was due to a non genuin break switch which one of local suzuki mechanic applied and don't told me. Since then its like hell.

Performance is droped and I can't even get a good mechanic in Sialkot.

Fuel consumption is also increased like where it used to give 42 -45km is not somewhere 32 or 35 may be.

Please help me or guide me .

But we don't care to go that far for the sake of fanboyism and blind bias, sadly. I've never heard of a CG or YBR having such problems.

@iMan I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're facing. I'm no engine expert but by the sound of it; I think the bad fuse has messed up your ignition coil or some other ignition related component like magneto etc. And we also can't rule out the possibility of short circuiting.

That's all I can think of, really!

Sorry Bhai i have never faced any such issue so i can't help in this regard. Let's wait for the sound clip...
But the problem is with mechanic's more than bike.

My bike has never been to any mechanic in the 20k kms even i haven't got the valve's adjusted in these 20k kms and you know how it is performing.

GS-150 does have some quality issue's and all bike's do have such issue's thing is their mechanic's are available everywhere that's why you don't hear such complaints on PW or somewhere else.
Ride any YBR OR CG rough without tweaking the Carburetor mixture or adjusting the valve's. Then i will see how their engine sound's like after 15k km....
My bike's engine still feels like brand new after all these kms and i do ride rough i drag my bike to 7-9k RPM in every gear almost everyday.

Not everything is a race! It's not about winning or losing; it's about honesty.

Ride any YBR OR CG rough without tweaking the Carburetor mixture or adjusting the valve's.

Well, that might be right (Which is debatable, BTW ) but... No one in his right mind would mess with the carburetor's fuel/air mixture setting or valves. Specially valves! Valves are very delicate part of any internal combustion engine.

That might be true but... It isn't saying much!

The CG can withstand that kind of abuse without breaking a sweat! And The YBR has a high 10.0:1 engine compression ratio; which is 1.0:1 more than CG and 0.8:1 more than The GS which means it can 'theoretically' withstand more abuse than either bike.

Higher compression = Stronger combustion = More heat dissipation = Tighter engine tolerance = Better engine build material = Higher redline = More power = Higher speed!

Anyhow, we both live in a democracy so, we are entitled to our own opinions!

High compression means high EFFICIENCY, you can't say anything about reliability or strength to withstand what so ever. That's a total different topic.
High compression engines are more complex. Internals what tell you about reliability. Did you compared internals strength of cg,Gs or ybr? So don't say it can withstand more theoretically.
And not stronger combustion it's precision combustion.
