I want to know that is play (Chaal) normal in steering of Suzuki Bolan? My Bolan steering has play even after I have changed the steering box. Mechanics says this play is normal in Bolan. I have suzuki mehran too and there is no play in its steering.
My mechanic changed all ball joints, tie rods, center bush etc. All stuff are genuine Tripple 555 which works best and most expensive in market. I bought that for around Rs. 8000 except steering box.
But even after replacing all steering related stuff, the problem is when bolan is loaded with 5 to 7 persons, its steering shakes and I have no proper control and does not go straight even at low speed around 40 Kilometer/Hour. Alignment and wheel balancing was also done. Even the Bolan is not loaded, its steering is still shakes and have no proper control but if loaded, the the problem increases.
Can anyone please guide me what should I do now? I have spent around Rs. 15000 yet on steering related spare parts and all are genuine but my problem is still the same. I want steering that have no play and smooth like my mehran. I have seen many bolans going at high speeds with smooth and straight drive. What should I do now?
