Suzuki dealership is a for-profit business and doesn't operate for public service even though they may seem to sound like it. If anything, you MUST avoid those cars as there is simply not that many to choose from.
Statistically speaking, you are better off searching for a car on Pakwheels, shortlisting a few cars that you like, followed by talking to the owners and psycho-analyzing their behavior. You can get an excellent car if you can find an educated/posh type of driver who doesn't take the car on bumpy roads, even a 12 year old car should look spotless in that case, but there have been clearly abused cars from less than 2 years old that look like they're ready for the junkyard.
For a cultus, Ideally you should be able to get a decent 14-15 model in 8.50-9.50 range, make sure it is less than 20,000km per year , has good tyres, and interior doesn't stink.
