Lolz... Sir forget about Corolla and Civic. It falls in the lower segnent. This is already a car competitor to City elsewhere. And a City competitor should be less than City if it has to succeed.

It is competitor of honda city in other Asian countries but due to import duty price will be higher than corolla Gli a/t or even altis 1.6

Considering that Swift Automatic is around 14 lakhs, this base model of this car will be priced above that and anywhere close to 16 and above this will be another failure from Suzuki. Even if they give it more features and what not it still cannot be at par with the other options available in this price bracket such as City and Corolla.

At the end of a day its a Suzuki and looking at their past for Liana and Baleno and where those name tags are now: I have my doubts it will last as long as what the other 2 brands have been consistently offering with a good aftersales according to Pakistani market with proper support. Toyota and Honda are premium companies in comparison to Suzuki and there is no denying in that.

It will only temporarily grab some share and then vanish after a few years. No Suzuki sedan has a legacy.

Ciaz compatitor of city???? Lol....pakistanis are really the ppl with bad memory...what happened with liana which was a city compatitor??? Suzuki can never come even closer to honda by any mean. Rest everyone has his own choice, still few phools will buy thos piece of crap.

Honda ko jo logon ne samakh rakha hai iss ki reason hai bhai. And why they think Suzuki is junk is also because of a reason. If quality of PK manufactured Honda and Toyota is 50 percent of foreign models, Suzuki in Pakistan is at 10 percent hardly. Suzuki Pakistan manufactures the most undurable vehicles. That's what fails their cars in the market.

And if Honda struggles in Europe its not because of Suzuki, just count the number of brands available there and compare it with Pakistan. And on top of the restricted options in PK the Suzuki quality is a cherry. 10 years old City from 2006 today have packed more than 250,000 kilometers on an average and still running. How many Liana can you find from 2006. They die much early. Even the local manufactured Swift gives up in half that life. Suzuki is considered junk for these reasons when comparing them with other options in same price.

An expensive Suzuki in Pakistan is generally avoided because of the reason: ONCE BITTEN TWICE SHY

Yar i m keeping hondas since 1996, kept city, civic and accord...also kept 3 suzukis...i repeat there is no matxh between ciaz and city. Reliability and durability of honda is simply far far ahead of suzuki. I dnt wana go into much details but keeping experience of hondas from the last 20 years i can safely say, there is NO COMPARISON between honda and suzuki.

If Pak Suzuki could do some miracle and improves its overall quality (more than Local Assembled Swift) plus Ground Clearance/Mileage better and its introductory Price for Automatic between (15.25-15.5 Lakh for Base Model and 16.5 for Luxury Model), (Note. Honda City Prosmatic Simple is 16.65 Lakh) - It still can be successful. because after Honda City New Model in 2017-2018, price of City will be increased at least 1.5 Lakh more.
