Very good & honest review Sir. I also mentioned in one of my posts that the leg space at the back is literally enormous. Very spacious & the seats are very good. However, I found the build quality to be very poor. For sure inferior than Pakistani Toyota & Honda.

Did you notice an improvement in the fuel consumption overtime ?

No, I did not notice the consumption at that time sadly : ( but recently I have been calculating them and, with AC on, it gives 19+ on highway and 12.5 - 13.5 in city ( it is a 4 speed automatic BTW) : /

I have purchased auto variant of ciaz in June 2018. I have already driven city manual 2015 for 1.5 years and cultus for 2 years. In my experience, ciaz is much better than city in respects of fuel economy, comfort, driving smoothness, space, drive pick etc. I have got mileage 16.5 km/l with speed 120 -130 km/h on motorway (approximately 340 km) and 150 km on local high way road. On return, I have got mileage 18 km/l with speed 110 -120 km/h on motorway (approximately 340 km) and 150 km on local high way road.I have calculated average on actual i.e. I filled tank with auto off of petrol pump from start and end of journey. The meter shows more than above described averages.I am very happy with this variant because manual city 2015 gives me average 15 km/l with speed 100 km/h and 13.5 with 110-120 km/l on motorway on same journey I described above.
This is CBU unit but built quality of Suzuki local assembled cars (like my cultus 2016) is very bad and extremely low quality material is used. In my experience local assembled cars of suzuki are not good and built quality of local assembled cars of Honda and Toyota is better.

City has no match with Ciaz, and after 6-7 years resale of City is not good either, on the other hand Ciaz resale is currently low, but will improve with passage of time. Have seen many Careem Business club investors buying Ciaz due to its fiel economy....

Can somebody suggest a good place from where i can get the navi for ciaz? I saw on of the forums that a person purchased ciaz from the suzuki dealership and they themselves installed navigation afterwards. So does ciaz has optional navi?

Suzuki Carachi guy offered me to install Navi for Ciaz, but i didnt opt for that. You may contact them.

Most certainly bro.

1. Ciaz is more economical than city.
2. Safety due to air bags.
3. Better power to weight ratio vs 1.3 variant not 1.5.
4. Way more legspace comparable or better then corolla.
5. Luggage capacity is bigger then city. Check pakwheels review on youtube.
6. I went into galiyat , towards nathiagali with 4 adults and 3 kids and luggage ! It gave me 17.5 with AC on motorway. Checked full tank to full tank (not the inboard computer) at 110-120. Similar to other members you can check above. It can certainly go up atleast 1km/litre if you are travelling alone or with two people. These results are similar to other members.
7. The pickup is great and the car is fun to drive.
8. The four speed auto is no issue. Some people argue that its four speed and therefore the RPMs would be higher in 4th gear. Which would make a lot of noise. On the contrary the engine RPM stays slightly above 2.5k at 110km/hr . Resulting in a good fuel economy and lower engine noise. Please check the image attached.

Jdm experts. They can install the navigation system for you. Its fast , effecient and easy to use. Tons of android apps available for it. You can even re skin the look and feel of the home screen. The one i have gives digital speedometer. Which looks nice. They are alightly expensive. But the thing I liked abot them was they had the exact tools to open the panelling and the guy was very professional. He worked without a scratch anywhere. Usually people use hands or metal tools or screw divers to pull of the panelling . Damaging it most of the times. This guy was very careful during installation. They can install front and rear camera both. I did not get the front camera installed. The system has support for steering controls. You can buy steering controls from alibaba or ali express. The guy at jdm experts said he can integrate them.

I can confirm the above mileages. I am getting similar results on my ciaz auto. For people interested in buying , please note that these figures are realistic.

ADVANCE TAX (On Vehicle) is 50000 for filer and 100,000 for non-filer now.

The trunk is relatively smaller as compared to other sedans. It is noticeably smaller!

I think trunk space is much large than city and gli.

Trunk space is definitely larger than city or corolla
Driven the car 7000 kms. Very quite engine. Mileage is around 13 to 16 kms local drive with AC. Engine noise very nominal. Leg room better than competitors.

I would like to ask something..we dont have to pay the with holding tax wether you are a filer or a non filer for ciaz? Right? Because it is a cbu unit?

In Islamabad you dont pay, rest everywhere they are charging, but you get refund. I just paid withholding tax slip to my accounts department, and in next pay got refund
