Yes it is but people even myself will prefer all the factory fitted frills alongside new car but irony is that Suzuki does not provide these thing even as an option which is utter disgrace for 21-24 lac car.
In the kingdom of Toyota they should learn from Honda as how to be profitable by setting the competitive yet affordable price. (City is still least expensive sedan even with frills, BR-V is least expensive seven seater )

The thing is there are not many Ciaz owners who have driven their cars enough to tell how reliable and long life they are.....keeping aside the frills that it doesn't get.....if i remember correctly manual ciaz was launched fr 18 lacs in 2017.....earlier this year this particular white manual bought new then was sold for 13/14 lacs with odo at 350k ish.....this car was used as rental and believe me its equally tough as a corrolla .... grear ground clearance and suspension fr the time when khi hyd motorway was being rebuilt..... chill Ac in 40C plus of multan..... only drawback it has no frills like mosr of us want

no bro, the actual price was 16,99k Rs. and it is reliable than gli but may be expensive in case of spare parts.

Had the same problem aat 1000km. Launch complain at dealership and get new odometer in warranty. Apparently it's not a minor issue like in swift or cultus. Also email pak Suzuki with video of indicator to fast track. If you are out of warranty either live with it or spend 60,000 on odometer!

I went to Suzuki workshop and they couldn't diagnose what's wrong but they said they will first diagnise their own ciaz (company) and if the problem is detected then they will proceed with the repair of existing odometer otherwise it will be replaced.

Make a video. Make sure other sounds are recorded but no sound with indicator on and email it to pak Suzuki with your car details including chassis no. and reg no.

If u are from Karachi u can go to mandvivala motors. The service manager Mr. Jehangir is well aware of this problem from my car.

can anyone tell the exact engine oil capacity of ciaz in Pakistan. I have bought it recently in used condition. and I am gonna get its engine oil replaced, which grade is best and how many Ltrs?

It is written in the user manual. You have to search for it. But it is definitely there. Use 5W-30 as mentioned on the back of the book. Internationally they put 0w-20 as well. But its not suitable for our climate (this is debate able ) . Some people use 0w-20 as it is written in the same manual. However, it clearly states the temperature / weather conditions it (0w-20) must be used in.

Pak suzuki sells us semi-synthetic engine oil at higher then market prices. They will tell you . "If you do not get an oil change from us, your warranty will be void". If you ever take a complaint to them , the first thing they will check is , "did you get the routine maintenance done from them or not". So....you have a choice. Get average quality engine oil from them and keep your warranty intact. OR get a genuine, branded, fully synthetic 5w-30 (or 0w-20) from a trustworthy dealer. Aimsoil , Liqui Moly or any other brand that you feel comfortable with and get long lasting power and fuel efficiency from your engine.

I personally use Aimsoil 5W-30 in my CIAZ. Yes it costs a lot more then others , but I have noticed a significant reduction in engine noise ever since I started using it. Feels smoother as well.
