If you go to the showroom which I did after 5000Km approx. Unkay moon ban jatay hain and the way they say keh aap daikh lain gari warranty main hay iskay card pay her service ki entry honi chahiyay , aapnay kahan say oil dalwayay hay kyun dalwaya hay humara wala acha hay genuine hay etc etc. In other words, saying that if anything ever goes wrong and your maintenance card has a missing entry for maintenance that was due. Then , we will not claim any fault.
If you want to be secure then yes there is no alternate. Have to stick with their regular non synthetic or semi synthetic oil at above the market price rate.
I used Aimsoil and it is awesome , did not care about this. But if you do , then play it safe.
Yes, it can cause warranty issues and in pak they need an excuse to say sorry sir.
For example. When I got the delivery , the logo "CIAZ" was damaged. They tried polishing and everything and I was watching all of that quietly . After 30 mins or so they said. Sir , "Iss say zada saaf naheen ho raha". I told them . "You kidding me ? Spent 2 million and this logo ? Change it OR I am not leaving". They then took me to the owner of the dealership. Imagine for a logo the owner of dealership had to get involved. He then gave some explanations and then accepted this as a fault. In about 20 days they replaced it with a new one.
For a simple logo , the staff kept making excuses "Sir kharee rahee hay iss liyay ho gaya hay" and "Koee baat naheen doesnt look that bad etc". So if something does go wrong Allah na karay. The best chance is if you have all work done via them and then make some noise if they dont agree.
