For Automatic Gear oil changing its pricedure is Same as Toyota Corolla Superect Transmission.
You need a very experienced mechanic who changed the transmission oil of lot of corollas.
- First you need 3 bottles of Liquimoly Top Tech ATF 1800 (only 1800 is recommended for AW1 ) one bottle is 1L.
You will get the orignal 1800 from Liquimoly Pakistan (on Daraz Mall)
2 .Your mechanic will drain the oil from Transmission chamber from draining bolt on chamber.
After complete draining tight the draining bolt.
3 Then very carefully first slightly loose all the nuts of chamber ther remove the nuts one by one while one person holds the chamber.
Remove the chamber carefully so as not to damage orignal chamber rubber seal.
4 Clean the chamber ,magnets inside the chamber and and filter attached upwards on the gearbox with petrol.
Ciaz filter is not attached to the gearbox with nuts .
But just placed above the chamber attached to the gearbox with suction simply pull it clean it with petrol.
- THEN carefully place all things filter chamber magnets into theri place.
6 put some heat resistance grey colour silicon very thin layer on rubber seal and very carefully put chabmer back on transmission.
Thight all the chamber nuts .
Then weight 1 to half hour for silicon to dry.
Then pour 2 and half litter oil in transmission.
Wait 5 mins for oil to settle .
Then turn on the car let the car run idle till your Car temp gauge goes to normal operating temp (i.e middle).it takes about 10mins.
While the car is still On.
Put YOUR foot on break. Then put the car in R gear wait for 5 sec then Put it on D Gear for 5 seconds Then in 2 for 3 sec then in 1 for 3 sec .
Then put it in D and drive the car for 100m or 5min with very light foot.
Then park the car on flat surface .
While the car is still ON put it in R gear for 3 sec ,then in D for 3 sec , then in 2 for 3sec , then in 1 for 3 sec then in P. Keep the engine on and check your transmission level from stick .
It should be exactly on H point not above it not below it.
If its below H pour some 100ml at a time from remaing half litter.
And after pouring 100ml check again if its on H well and good otherwise por more till it reaches H.
