Suzuki cultus 2001 black smoke issue

Salam i have cultus 2001 model usually when driving on motorway while reaching speed above 110 km/h or driving aggressively the car misfire and start smoking black smoke for about 3 to 4 mins and oil comes up to air filter case it usually do not smoke what could be the issue please guide

check the pcv valve. valve located on the tappet cover.

Black smoke means too much fuel being burned.
What u mean oil comes up to air filter? From where does it come?
First try changing air filter and than if it doesn't solve problem get your fuel ratio adjusted.

I find oil in airfilter cover whenever this smoke thing happens

Bad PCV valve causes this. It is allowing oil to pass through in pressure. Which is when you drive aggressively. Oil passing through pcv will directly goes in air filter.
