Suzuki Cultus 2003 Engine Replace with Cultus 1000cc EFI Engine on CNG

I Have Cultus 2003 Model, its Engine is Weak & AC Needs Gas. I Want to Use my Cultus for Traveling on Motorway (Taxila, Rawalpindi to Lahore Then Back to Taxila, Twice a Month)

I Have the Following Concerns

1. Can't Upgrade Car due to Low Budget
2. Don't Want Frequent Maintenance (Want to Make My Car 99.9% Fit)
3. Want to Run Car on CNG (or Both CNG / Petrol) For Lower Fuel Consumption
4. Need AC & Power Staring & Power Windows in my Car

Now My Plan is

1. Purchase Kabli Engine 1000cc EFI of worth 60,000
2. Engine Fitting 10,000
3. All Wiring Renewal 5,000
4. Breaks Maintenance 5,000
5. AC Maintenance (Gas & Service) 5,000
6. Power Streeing (Electronic) 10,000
7. Power Windows 10,000

Total Cost = 105,000

Please Correct me in Pricing & Advice me on my Requirements & Plan

Car Replace may cost 5-10 Lac Out of my Budget
This 1 Lac will shape my car Tension Free for Long Drive

If you Agree then Please Also Suggest me that Which Workshop / Mechanic is better in Lahore / Rawalpindi / Wah / Taxila

Suzuki Motors Lahore / Rawalpindi / Taxila Is Good Option to go for Genuine Work?

check price of k10a or k 10b if upgrading look for a more efficent engine
if g13!is available and in your budget look for that tooo
rest all good do change clutch plates and buy new radiator if current one is old and rusty
change all rubber parts hoses and mounts
then your car will be trouble free inshallah

if going for power steering go for electronic power steering its better than hydulic one it dosent leak atleast

EFI complete engine with uncut wiring ECU etc costs around 120K, get carby engine swapped which will cost around 55-60k ( Japani assembly Only) in rwp get carburetor properly tuned and get new suspension you will be good to go rest is on you power steering is must but will need properly installed and should get hard on high speeds

Actually I Have Little Knowledge of G13 / G15 / G10 / K10a / K10b Engine Types,
That's Why I Am Confused

One of The Mechanic Told Me To Swap With Suzuki Margala Engine,

I Will Prefer 1000cc Because I Have To Travel Alone On Long, No Pic Issue, Fuel Efficiency Is More Issue....

Please Suggest Me 1000cc Engine Or 1300cc If Its CNG Fuel Consumption is Efficient or Near About 1000cc Engine,

Go for new adv engine like wagnr 1000cc or swift 1299cc.
Margalla is old carby engine.
Preferably... engine should be bolt on. No modification need.

K10a could be a affordable but k10b is expensive like 55 to 60k just for engine and ecu.

others will require alteration
if you can find goood margalla or baleno engine they will be the best bet
other than that on long routes 1.3 engine will give better milage than 1.0 engine better to swap with a 1.3

Suzuki engine prices are high almost similar to Toyota engines. I wonder which 1000CC EFI Engine you are getting? G13 can be a good swap but that also costs 90k engine alone in Pindi market.

I also wanted to swap but after getting the higher prices, its not worth spending 150k on old CULTUS.

Get a good condition japanese assembly of your current engine.

Bilal Gunj is cheaper than Rawalpindi and Peshawar got better rates than Pindi and Lhr but only if you know what you are buying and you know some local.

I guess Suzuki Swift japanese ventilated discs and some one managed to squeeze in MIRA's brake servo. But I found Cultus brakes good enough (Coming from Corolla and City) I guess u need to work on current brakes

Bro got to know about complete k10b swap into cultus mechanic told me will cost me 120k with labor which includes everything mounting etc.

A Cultus EFI engine will be bold on fit. Do check if WagonR K10B can be easily swapped, Its more powerful and fuel economy is great....

Margalla G13 is good engine, but it lacks low end torque and really struggle with A/C. Plus fuel economy (Petrol) is not great at all. On CNG it works great but with A/C it loose its driving pleasure....

It would definitely have less low end Torque if it's a DOHC because DOHC produces more torque at high end RPM.
