Suzuki Cultus 2004 radiator

Hi there,
I have suzuki cultus VXR 2004 model. I replace water in radiator of my car & it's bottle frequently but it becomes very rusty & mudy within few days, i ve seen this happening in almost every car specially in cars which r more or less 10 years old, i want to ask that is this a serious issue? Can it harm my engine badly? Or it's avoidable? If not what should i do to resolve this? N how much the solution will cost me?

Its common sense water will cause corrosion a rusty radiator can overheat your car engine you can flush your radiator and use coolant to prevent it from rust don't use coolant in rusty radiator and don't be surprised to see holes in radiator after flush

before you blow your gaskit, get a new radiator will suggest locally made radiator by the name of "LOADS"

1st of all use some good cooling system flush to clean the cooling system. Check the condition of radiator, radiator cap, & cooling system pipes etc. and replace with new if required, then pour good coolant/antifreeze in cooling system.

But its not the end, the rust, corrosion, salts built up for more than 10 years will not that easy to be cleaned and it will gradually cleaned and during this cleaning process u may face failure of different old components like radiator, pipes, heating coil, thermo stat housing, water pump, Intake manifold or any other component associated with cooling/heating system. So keep it under thorough observation, and in case of leaks and cracks etc,. have tem fixed accordingly.

Its easily removal in first attempt if one knows what he is doing critic acid flush can clean a radiator to base metal but the neutralization part of critic acid is real thing
