Mere Paas suzuki cultus 2004 ka model thoray he din pehlay gari kaa AC sahe karwaya thaa lekin garii mai AC sahe kaam nai karrah gaari jaldi heatup horai hay, AC chaltay way paseenay aray hotay hay, gaari heatup jaldi hojati hay engine bh bohot garam hojata abi 25K dekar AC set karwaya lekin kisi kam ka nai lagrah driving wali air vent say AC chaltay cool air nai aati khaas normal aati hay aesai left hand walay vent say bhi sirf middle kay dono vent say cool air aati hay yeh kia masla hosakta hay?

pls rehnumai farmae yaa koi mechanic wagera bataye jo yeh masla set karsaky..

Was it heating up before AC works or it started over heating after AC works ?

Seems your AC technician has not taken proper care of cooling system.

And to me it seems the engine is weak, it doesn’t has T-valve, its AC fan is not kicking in, ac compressor is weak, condensor is chocked or it has minor leak in the system.

Which city are you from. I know a person in Lahore who is master in fixing air conditions of older vehicles and turning them into proper ac works like new car.

Gaari start mai heatup nai hoti ac on karo to hona shoro hojati hay. AC walay ko dekhani chaye hay gari yaa Mechanic ko as such to koi engine ka masla nai lagrah mjhe gari mai lekin phir bhi agar check karna ho kay engine ka masla hay to kia karna chaye hay???

YES ACTUALLY months ago, my gasket was blown after that mechanic nay mana kia tha ac chalany ko kay engine kamzor hay ac chalaogay to engine mai kaam ajaega lekin mjhe kch khas masla engine ka laga nai, aab ac chalae bagher bh gari heatup horai thi lekin itni nai. ac chala ky heatup horai h gari.

How about getting the cooling system fixed? Or try it with the radiator fan always on, with a thermostat valve and a good quality coolant?

The thermostat will set the minimum temperature but the always on fan won't let it go a few degrees above that temp.

Disclaimer: Even if this works, it's gonna be a workaround, not an actual fix. And since the water coming from radiator will always be cool, it may increase the on off cycles of the thermostat valve, affecting its reliability/life.

Secondly, radiator ka already garam hua wa tha khari gari pay bhi aesa kyu horah hay, mai radiator mai normal tap water use karta ho, recently he cng nikalwae hay 7-8 months back. to kia nozzle say rubber ka piece nikal lo ussay fark parega heatup pay??

Jis se gasket karwayi hai usne Thermostat to nahi laga dia ya fan ko auto kar dia ho (which is highly unlikely from local mechanics)

Meri Cultus 07 carby ka guage bhi middle main rehta hai, chalne ki thori der bad hi. Albata uspe thermostat laga hua hai aur fan bhi auto hai.

Aggar apka fan hamesha chalta hai aur thermostat bhi nahi lagaya to guage ko itna nahi uthna chahiye. kya gaari coolant kam kar rahi ha, aur paani use kar rhe ya actual coolant?

Baaqi cultus ka AC bohat acha nahi hai, dopahar main khas tor pe paseena bhi nahi jata.

Are you serious here? The engine normal operating temperature is 90c and the engine has to quickly warm up to this temp. The gauge being at half or lower than half is perfectly fine.

Do not try to judge temperature by feel. If your mechanic is also doing feel temperature checks, hire a different one.
