sometimes cross half while on running not in stationary.

Cultus ki temperature needle Half position per hi rehti hai ... if it goes above half, it means engine is over heating. If it remains at half point, whether running or standing, it is normal temperature.

if temperature needle crosses half only when car is running, get your radiator serviced possibly not enough coolant is passing through radiator to get the engine cooled down, and get your radiator fan also checked.

Yes, recently I went on a picnic just a few days ago. The car ran approximately 80+ km on the highway, and I was surprised that the car did not overheat, Alhamdulillah. Even on the way back, when I drove at 100+ km, it still did not overheat. I drove the car without AC. Is it possible that if I run the AC, it will not put a load on the engine?
