If you find efi cultus in good condition, you can go for it. Otherwise, go for carby cultus. The advantage you will get with carby is cheaper maintenance cost, easy used parts availability from Bilal Gunj and newer ones are also easily available. EFI Cultus parts are overpriced. If you go to Bilal Gunj, you will be shocked after hearing the prices. For example, new cultus ecu alone is for 55k to 60k rupees whereas old is sold for 25k with no guarantee of proper functioning. New efi cultus wiring is for 16k and there are greater chances you won't find used in junkyard. All in all, Cultus is a hot cake and every one wants a piece out of it.
Regarding fuel economy, carby cultus and efi one both have almost same fuel economy. Both have shitty air conditioning, noisy cabin, poor headlights and so on. I own one and I know very well what this thing actually is.
