Suzuki Cultus 2008 EFI - Electronic Power Steering Suggestions are required

Dear Pakwheel Users,

I have Suzuki Cultus 2008 EFI. I want to install Electronic Power Steering in my car. Please suggest the best available option which is being used practically. I searched different forums on Pakwheels and left with some questions/doubts. Some users are saying that the best option is to get an EPS of Japanese Suzuki Alto which fits easily with minimal alterations. I have mainly two questions described below:

1) Does the steering returns to center while taking turns (obviously not on static vehicle) like other EPS cars do?
2) Does the steering gets slightly hard while moving on high speed, which is very important to keep the control of the car?

Any good suggestions will be highly appreciated!!!

This the reason I always say EPs are only good till they are factory fitted (it won't get hard on high speed) and installing a EPs from a stupid kei car seriously ?eps electric motor wont survive for long mark my words

I had eps installed in my alto andnit was a epic failure its control unit bunt twice and I had to take it out and sell it as a junk

They get out of order on high speeds and trust me the steering becomes too hard when it stops.functioning

Try finding a Japanese steering system for cultus as this model was alsi launched by Japan as well or try finding a vxl steering

i talk to 4-5 ppl who install in efi cultus n all are happy, non-efi are complaining , but after installing proper sensors/ecu thy are happy too, n it cost 6-8K not 10-15K

A no of Jugaar options available in market .

But do not compromise on steering by any means .
If you desperate
Install a complete hydraulic kit of margalla plus or VXL cultus .
But keep in mind they have different a/c compressors as well due to limited space .

EPS from jdm alto
works flawless been an year or so car travels local and on motorway twice a week
cost around 9k
