Suzuki cultus 2008 efi starting problem

my cultus 2008 is making a issue from 2 or 3 days .it starts on 1st attempt but when i turn it off it sometimes starts n sometimes not, when i open fuel cap there is a lot of pressure in tank which make sound like whoosh.... what could be reason of not starting??? as well as when i remove my plugs there is a lot of oil in spark plug which is engine oil coming from engine please guide me asap. thanks

Does your car smoke on startup.
And the pressure buildup means that the filler neck ventilation pipes have been blocked or the filler cap has been replaced.

i have mentioned in detail about this starting problem in cultus efi - which i faced too and is more like an inherent issue in all Cultuses produced. please search the forum for that. it was issue of a corroded ignition fuse which was hampering start of vehicle. i forgot the whole issue as its old now.
