I'm using CNG also, but just to experiment I tried plugging into the red socket also but it makes no difference on the starting issue.

The +12volt is wire for coil is giving current, also the distributor contact has been cleaned thoroughly. Basically the fuel pump is engaging when spinning the distributor by hand after removing it from the engine.
But the spark only comes when it is spun fast, if we spin it slowly then only fuel pump can be heard but when spinning fast there is spark

i think that it will probably be normal, ecu may need a certain minimum frequency to start the fuel injection.

If the Distributor and the wiring check out, it can be a damaged ecu too. (or just a loose connector, reseat ecu connector too).

@xulfiqar Sir what do you say? should there be spark on efi when hand turning the distributor?

Yes, thats normal, the fuel pump primes the rail first - the ignition timing sequence requires at least 250 rpm (you spinning it fast - thats why the coil fires)

before this the starting trigger on the ECU forces the injectors to fire priming fuel shots into the intake ports so the engine can get some fuel to start.

good, so now it is narrowed down to loose wiring contact or damage in the coil driving circuit of ecu

the ignition module mounted on the coil may also be a culprit ( i am abit less knowledgeable about this particular component, i may be wrong)

Even electrician has advised to check ecu wiring, connections and ignition module. I just hope there is some small problem like wiring or loose connector.
Also this happens on cold engine only and this is always the case. Never happens on warm engine. Once warmed up the engine starts instantly.
I'll have it inspected again and then post back about the resolution if any.

make your own diagnostic tools, a small led with a resistor to check whether or not the coil is getting a pulse, and also if the ignition module is getting a signal (use a multimeter on any wires that give direct output from ecu, no test lights on that)

most probably it is a loose conection, i still advise you to check the condition of the wire, where it is going into the connector, it corrodes where the crimp is located. or if the insulation is damaged, it can short the whole thing out.

So double check all connectors, you don't need an electrician for this, ECU is last resort

Can we check for ignition coil pulse using multimeter? I think I can inspect the ECU connections myself. If I remember correctly it is installed behind the dashboard gauge cluster?

The Ignition coil is not getting proper pulse.

I'll try to check for loose connections to the ECU etc also.

Just an update on the issue. It is the worst case afterall. After verifying all wiring and coil etc. we finally pulled the ECU from the car and upon inspection the IC for the Ignition circuit was blown. Like there was a burnt hole in it.
Should I get try to source another ECU or will repair work?

I've gone with ECU repair as the solution and had the ignition IC changed. Haven't had the starting problem again since then.

Aoa guys i have cultus 2006 carbonator version ...my problem is the car goes missing on fix 2000 rpm ...likes its gets suffocated ...happens sometimes only...when car gets warm it runs smooth...plug wires changed..plugs new,battery new ,coil changed still the same issue

Aoa thanks after cleaning the carburetor the issue was resolved
