Suzuki cultus 2012 rpm issue

assalam o alaikum
i am having problems with my suzuki cultus 2012 EFI engine
when i start the car in morning the rpm goes up because the car is cold but it does not come back to normal even after the car is warmed up
i start driving and when i press the clutch the rpm stays at 2
the problem goes away when i turn the car off and start it again

Get you Idle Air control valve/auto choke cleaned. I was having similar issue got mine cleaned now it's working as new. Also when mechanic opened it there was an actuator that was all jammed then he cleaned it with carburetor cleaner. And one is that always go to your trusted mechanic not every bother to open the IAC valve. Bhai scene esa hay mechanics topiyan karwatay hain kam thora hectic hay tabhi and they will insist you to just throttle body needs cleaning and all is because of that don't even debate with him just switch to any good mechanic who love to do any kind of job. All this I'm told by mechanic. Don't waste your time on any other thing this is the main reason for poor idling.
