Hello everyone, I own Suzuki Cultus 2019 VXR and since past couple of days the AC is not working correctly, specifically during the day. I maintain my car directly from the dealership, got it checked today and they told that the AC Gas has leaked, the reason must be cooling coil and expansion valve.
They told that the expansion valve will be replaced and cost for that will be 18,000 PKR. They need a day's time to check cooling coil, if cooling coil needs replacement then I'd have to pay additional 12,000 - 14,000 PKR, otherwise the cooling coil will be serviced.
My car is driven 52,888 KMs and kept with utmost care.
Kindly guide if this is a known issue in this car or dealership is just ripping me off.
