Suzuki Cultus 2020 steering problem

I have recently bought suzuki cultus AGS 2020 model. The car is barely 25K driven bumper to bumper genuine. It was my companys car so usual maintenance was done from suzuki 3s dealership. I was previously driving honda city 2016. So the problem is the steering of cultus isn't returning to center when turn it and it feels a bit stiff as well. I have checked the alignment and it's fine as per mechanic the issue is with power steering motor. There Is no warning light for EPS showing. Can anyone shard their experience or let me know what could be the issue?

Really? Shouldn't steering returning back to center position a basic principal for all steering wheels irrespective of the car?

I have kept old cultus without eps and it returned to center position other than that I have kept khyber,city,vitz and have never seen anything like this before it totally ruins the driving experience.

Sir i have also kept Cultus Vxr 2019 new model and kept it fr one year.Steering never returned to centre as it happens in normal cars.Baki agar apki jeb bhari hai to aap poora steering box khulwa sakte hain
