Suzuki cultus ac

Hi guys,
as you all probably know that most cars have manufacturer requirements for exact ac gas charge. I cannot find that on my cultus and ac shops just use some stupid method without checking exact weight requirement. Suzuki shops charge 3800 for ac service but I don't know what method they use. Any experiences ?

bro many suzuki shops sy tou ni check kraya...but aik ac machanic sy service krai thi..service k bad cooling bouht ala thi, ac machanic ny kaha tha k peek time noon ma ana 1 ya 2 days k baad dobara temperature k hisab sy ac gas filling kru ga,but ma 7 days k baad gya tha or in 7 days ma cooling bout he achi kr raha tha, front grill k sath jo silver bottle hoti ha us main bouht fast bubbles nazar aty thy jub ac on kro, lakin jub ma 7 days k baad gya ac machanic k pas tou us ny again gas charge ki phir cooling kam ho gai ha jub sunlight kam ho tou cooling achi hoti ha, peak hours ma kaam hoti ha or phir wo mujy new kahani suna raha tha k compressor weak ha, ab kuch movement nazar b ni ata front grill k agay jo silver bottle lagi hoti ha us ma

Yeah the person above is spot on. System is overcharged. In cultus the silver bottle should not be like white fluid (doodh ki Tarha) for long time only once a while that also not till the top of the glass. It Means system overcharged hai. Me Suzuki ke paas legya tha apni cultus ko cus ac peak time me cooling Nai kar ra tha khaas. To usne pehle condenser pe pressure wala pani mara Aur phir gauges ne dekha Aur bola ke system overcharged hai. iska 50psi pressure hai but it should be 40. So he reduced gas and now it's awesome ! my recommendation is Suzuki and no other shop everyone is chor!

In R134A both overcharge and undercharge would have undesirable effects, R134A isn't guessed by seeing sightglass. R134A is done by weight or ambient temp chart.

ok bro you decrease to 40psi on what RPM? because when i slow rpm to 1000 low side psi increase to 33, when i increase rpm to 1300 the psi decrease to 25..

Bro for Perfect A/C maintenance visit Denso-Thal Aftermarket Centre at Queens Road Beside PSO Petrol Pump. in Cultus its Denso factroy fitted A/C System. They install gas with imported machine.

The refrigerant used in its compressor is R=134a .[R-134a Temp Pressure Chart ]
According to that the pressure at 41-43 degree Celsius should be 50 to 55 PSIG
