Suzuki Cultus AGS 2018 gear shift problem...help required

My Suzuki Cultus 2018 AGS was a joy initially. I bought it from the first owner when the running was around 24000 km. Now that Suzuki Cultus is a nightmare for me. The response of Suzuki Motors Islamabad is really disappointing. My car suddenly stops shifting automatic gear (AGS). It is not going above 2nd gear and keeps on shifting between first and second gear only. Then I have to switch to manual mode to complete the journey. After about 2 hours (or more) of rest, the AGS restores automatically and becomes absolutely normal. I visited Suzuki Motors Islamabad several times but the staff there is arrogant and non-cooperative. They always say that they have informed the Head office in Karachi about the issue but the Head Office is not responding. Interestingly they all know that there is some manufacturing fault but avoid taking responsibility.
The appearance of this problem is so unpredictable that sometimes a day-long journey is perfectly fine and sometimes a few kilometers are troublesome. Local mechanics say that specialized motors associated with the auto gear shift have some fault in it. The irony is that these motors are not available with Suzuki Islamabad or anywhere else. (as per their statements).
I have sent emails to the Head office as well but no response till yet. Can anyone guide and help me what to do?.

I am facing the exact same issue with my 2018 Cultus AGS. Did you find any solution to this issue? I have had this checked from all the authorized service centers here in Multan but none of them seem to be able to fix this issue.

Any help or pointers would really be appreciated. Thank you.

i did and they were not helpfull, changed me 4000 rs for checking and then said they did not find any issue.

Mechanically Suzuki vehicles are reliable. Almost all modern automatics are full of issues. Specially CVT and DCT. I can share multiple examples of Toyotas and Hondas.
We have to accept this reality and make a purchase decision based on ease of driving vs reliability.
If you want solid reliability, then manual transmission is your only option
