Hello guy i wants to buy a automatic car and confused between picanto and cultus plz guide which to buy.
Heard that picanto’s resale and feul economy is not good

If you are considering auto, go for Picanto as Cultus' AGS is jugaaru and unreliable transmission
Cultus has better fuel economy and resale where as picanto is more comfortable . The AC and drive of Picanto is much better than Cultus

Manual = Cultus
Auto = Picanto.

The ags is jugar system. The price you pay for the AGS module is not worth it with the lost driving pleasure.

Yes its better then a manual. But not as smooth as a Automatic. If you want it for household groceries its okay. If you want a work horse better get a proper Automatic transmission.

Maintenance cost is almost same. People think ke cultus ki maintenance sasti hai laikin agat dealership se karaiyn tou both are almost same according to my info

AGS/AMT is not a jugaar system invented by Suzuki Pakistan, it’s been around since 1930 and well tested.

Like any technology it has pros and cons, it’s just a matter of understanding how to get most out of it and what are the limitations.

Apart from good mileage, you also get very high performance/pick as you have somehow control over gear selection(again with matter of understanding and experience). For more control on gear selection you can use manual mode with simple stick up/down gear shifter.

But it also have a fraction second lag that can be reduced to nothing with better understanding/experience.

Cultus is more roomier than Picanto.
Why buy an expensive car that is smaller, and with lesser resale?

People who owned cultus mentioned about suspension problems developing earlier on. You can check the cultus owner threads for further information on this. Picanto on the other hand, the one launched in Pakistan was a discontinued model. KIA should had brought the new generation and not the old one. And on top of that they priced it more than cultus as if its some premier brand like AMG lol. In the end i would suggest to test drive both cars, see the drive, AC etc. Fuel consumption is relative because alot depends upon the conditions where one drives. People claim to get 22 kms/ltr in alto, i never got above 19 and that too without AC. These days its giving 16.5 with AC. But where i drive i cannot pass beyond third gear and rarely four sometimes if i am lucky with alot of shifting and braking.

Bhai is tarah tou. Civic is roomier than Corolla, isliye sab ko civic leni chahiye
And ciaz is roomier than City and Yaris tou sab ko ciaz leni chahiye
Used camry is roomier than new corolla isliye sab ko chahiye ke purani camry khareed lein
