Guys, my car is 20k driven so I had 20k maintenance done from showroom. Prior to scheduled maintenance it had vibrations when in idle state. Rpm at idle state and during breaking in low gears was causing vibrations. This problem was not fixed by schedule maintenance. I have changed air filter but still problem persists. Whats the solution? any leads?

I have purchased Cultus VXL, driven 40K. The owner before me was using ZIC 10-40 engine oil. I went to Suzuki for maintenance and engine oil change. Before changing the engine oil, they said that there is an element of risk in changing the engine oil from one brand to another. I have changed the engine oil to Suzuki's own Ultimate 10-40. I have driven the car for almost 800KM after the oil change. So far the car is doing good. Is there a chance, after this, that the engine oil brand change will cause any issue?
