0 means it'll be quite thin when engine is cold thus allowing easy engine starting. 20 shows its viscosity index at higher temperatures.... higher the viscosity index written after W thicker it'll be when engine is hot. A certain amount of thickness of oil is necessary at engine operating temperatures so as to provide adequate lubrication as well as sealing. Now in new Cultus' case if 0W20 is the oil recommended by the engine manufacturer but one uses 10W40 then what'll happen? 1) When engine will be cold, the oil will be comparatively more thicker than 0W20 thus lesser efficient in engine starting but 0 and 10 difference may be considered negligible.
2) At engine operating temperatures the oil will be more viscous than 0W20, the one recommended by manufacturer, making engine heavy and less efficient.
3) The most dangerous thing; an oil thicker at engine operating temperature than the recommended one may not get into areas requiring lubrication thus may reduce life of the engine.

I just got response from Suzuki they said that any type of alteration will void their warranty like tires charging port. etc etc

Tried very hard to convince my uncle not to go for 16 lakh ki Suzuki Hatchback but he bought it anyway, addition to garage today of Cultus AGS....

Quite confidently I can say that this is by far the worst automatic car I've ever driven. I know its not actually an automatic car etc, but the driving experience was just horrible.... It felt as if engine cuts off fuel and does some braking in order to upshift a gear. Downshifting part is ok. Switched to Manual Shifting and it was somewhat better. Car has absolutely no traction while climbing house garage incline slope...

And this is the quality of the most expensive Locally manufactured Hatchback of Pakistan

a fault in body/trunk like this must be looked for upon receiving the car and before signing papers and should be immediately rejected and ask for another car in same colour or different colour.

AGS does have it jerks as per its international (UK & Eurooe) reviews, the supreme mileage of semi auto variant comes at a cost.
