Yep. Thats pretty much the standard among all the tyre-walas across the country.
As for tyre pressure in stock tyres: It is difficult to advise. I experimented a bit and found 34 psi to be a reasonable tradeoff between economy and comfort. Somebody else mentioned 32 psi. Just experiment with different pressures, and choose one below 35 psi which isnt too uncomfortable for u.

If and when you change your stock tyres, be sure to check that their maximum allowed pressure is more than 38 psi.
