Suzuki cultus central locking remote not working

suzuki cultus central locking remote not working.
i have suzuki cultus 2007 vxri,since few days its central locking remote is not working,we have only 1 piece of remote of central locking(other is lost),now suddenlt it stops working nothing happen pressing the buton of remote,only the remote light's up nothing more,i have opened it it have one cell of 12v a27 model,which is not available in my area,cell is looking good i mean battery charge vice,now how to manaual de energise engine(sorry for using wrong words)i mean bagair remote k gari start nahi ho rahi elecxtrician koi bhi samjjh nahi aa raha koi bata sakta hye k manuall ese kese band kiya jaye take engine start ho,immediate help required,or how to remove central locking system.
