SuZuki Cultus CNG Performance /AC Tripping Issue

Dear All ,

Mashallah I have done 287 Km In One Cylender from Rawalpindi to Lahore , with constant Speed Of 110 KM/Ph +- Non stop in March 2010 , But i am confused when i went back to Rawalpindi My CNG Consumption was 187 KM with constant speed of 120 km/ph + AC , and car was heating up at Salt rang area also AC was trip on @ 3.5 RPM /120 Km speed * July 2010 .

This is due to External Hot Season or any Mach Fault in my Car ( Ac Was trip @ 3.5 RPM with 120 KM/Ph Speed )

Cultus Feed Back

1) CNG Consuption is very Good ( 287 KM / 225 KM / 245KM In One C)
2) Patrol Consumption Is very very Bad
3) AC triping Issue
4) 1st time Heatup on Motorway in June/July
5) Breaks Are Very Bad

There is a temperature sensor with the hose pipe that trips the AC to protect engine against overheating,

CNG in Lahore isnt good. my ee90 did 199 KM when going to Lahore from RWP, With 5 people on board and boot full of luggage and with a/c :p.

But from lahore did only around 120 or 130.

SIG I think so ur right ,
Radiator bottle was filled with derty water and a dirty thick layer like soil is filled upto (lower level ) - I have changed that water and put TIN GREEN Colant ,,,,,,,, But after that i am still suspecious about radiator performance , because the same dirty thick water layer is upto lower level of the bottle .... But no heating issue

Suggest me , wash the radiator with Radiator Washer or not

i am owner of cultus vxli 2010. i was facing heatup engine problem in 2011 and 2012 in summer. i visit suzuki township motors suzuki sethi motors suzuki cantt motor and suzuki adil zafar motor in lahore for this problem and every visit i pay 5000 rupees for different parts and service. almost i pay 30,000 rupees. but every one say me that"abb car heatup nai ho gi" issue was "car work well with A/C in city but heatup on long way " what the car mechanic did. (radiator service,radiator cap change, water pump fan chang, coolent change, radiator fan direct,engine gas kit change,AC service,AC gas fill,) but the problem was not solved.and they said that sold the car. i love my car and did not want to sale. finally i change the radiator form a machine suggestion. i buy allwin radiator in 5800.and put it in my cultus. next day 27 june i visit lahore to multan on high way day time. it was hot day. i drive car at 100 k/m speed and A/c on. the car engine was cool. after 2 day 30 june i visit lahore to islamabad via motorway. and speed was 100+ and engine was cool. i was happy that i solved my problem. my car problem was radiator nali was closed and did not crossing water in these nali. if the car do not loss the water level in radiator and the radiator fan is direct working and you car heatup then it is radiator nali problem. if car loss water level then its radiator leak problem.
