Suzuki Cultus Efi 2010 on ac fuel average becomes worse it gives only 7km/l

i have a problem from last year my cultus efi 2010 giving me very low fuel average when ac is on some times it worse like 6 km per litter but when i switch off the ac the average becomes normal and in winter when i was not switching on my ac it even gives me 14 km/l average i have also checked it in summer as well without ac it gives me good average. but when i switch on my ac it becomes worse. what should I do about it?

You should check your car by efi computer technician. He will check the sensors.

According to my knowledge it might be a MAP or MAF sensor. Which results to increase the fuel supply to the each cylinder which causes the high consumption.

today I go to efi computer technician he checked its every sensor with his device but there is no fault in any of the sensor. one another thing i noticed when ever I switched on my ac for while like for example 20 minutes and after this when I switched off car it wouldn't start until i pressed race paddle. it only occurred when previously ac was running. otherwise it start normal.

does your car got thermostat?

yes it has thermostat valve. IACV which is located on throttle body is it pully which rotates? if so then yes i recently I also serviced it. but no improvement

not a pully, either a solenoid or a stepper motor.
does rpm rises with ac, in cold and with any other electronic load?

yes rpm rises a little bit like 100 or 200 and then after. almost 2 seconds it goes down to normal 1000 rpm

it seems that valve clearance has gone out of specs. what engine oil grade you've been using ?

since the fuel average is fine without AC, it means there may be some issue, something putting excessive load on the engine, maybe siezed bearings or wrong gas charge, something on those lines.

Get an expert to check it

@margallar are you talking about ac gas. yes i doubt it. may be last year i charged my ac gas from a shop it could be the wrong but not sure may be

now how to know it? is there any way? may be old one and new one mixed up. because at that time i had issue of low cooling Electrician told me iski gas kam ha isliay cooling achi ni he overfill it. although the cooling issue was not resolved but this new issue has started

no i don't think mixing will matter.

honestly, i think it is not related with the AC directly, rather some bearing or plug wire issue
