Suzuki cultus efi ac triping

Salam friends
i am facing ac compressor triping problem of my efi cultus 2011 model. Problem is that whenever i stuck into trafic, the compressor trips (seems safety compressor trip) which may be due to low refridrant or blocked condensor and may be due to engine heat up. Now i have checked refregrant level is ok ( checked by ac mechanic) condensor looks fine also i have steam washed it. Ac cooling is awsome and no engine heat up. If i thought about tripping is due to engine heat up then it does not trip on idle even in direct sunlight. If tripping is due to low refrigrant than why it cools even in sunlight.
i am thinking its sensor malfunctioning that trips the compressor for a second when we acclerate car from idle. Can any body tell me that sensor location?
1 thing i forget to tell you that when in tranfic the ac compressor trips, it automatically become on after a certain time i think in one or two minute. And during that time condensor fan remains on. Please dont say that check wiring loseness ... all these issues are fine.

No dear its not normal.. in one or two minutes compressor trip is not normal. And i cant blame thermostate because it works fine as condensor fan remains on

But yar jitni dair trip rahta ha full garmi ho jati ha and my brother has cultus euro2 ,2013 That never did such tripping

same problem with me in mehran after ac service.. before service its working very fine .. i was satisfied but due to climate change i thought to complete check up of ac. now ac tripped and turns on after very long time. some times do not turns o if weather outside is ok. This was not the case before.. what was the problem.. thermostate?

Problem solved...
technician changed the compressor clutch and compressor coil and problem resolved but he wasted original gas and now cooling is not as googd as was on original refrigerant.

Solved my problem by a mechanic in isb name abubakar. Ac is tripping for long time and do not start even its v hot inside..
problem was with temperature sensor which tripping the ac.. zero cost. he direct this switch and now its tripping and turning on ...

I think conclusion is that A/C abnormal tripping is caused due to loose/weak Compressor clutch(Pulley etc.)

I experienced same issue almost a decade ago in my nissan sunny and at that time, mechanic just tightened it & within 2 minutes, issue was resolved

Asslam o alaikum brother i am facing a similar issue with my cultus the a.c trips i have done sevicing of a.c new gas but still doing the same when the a.c is turned on car evens shuts off the engine when using clutch i have tuned my car changed thermostat but the problem is still there can you guide me

I had same problem in my cultus 2012.installed a relay for compressor n now there is no tripping.

I am facing the same issue with my Cultus EFI 2011. The issue is, when i am stuck in traffic (car not moving but engine running) or moving at a very slow speed of like 10 - 20 KM approximately, the AC stops working. When the car picks up speed then it turns on within 1 minute and cools very well.

I have taken following measures to try and fix it but none has worked so far:

Had the AC serviced completely once every year in the past 2 consecutive years including gas top-up. Last year, had the refrigerant taken out and replaced completely as well but the tripping did not stop.
Had a relay installed but the AC tripping wont go away.

Took car to dealership. They say to have the clutch magnet changed. I dont agree with them as the AC works fine when running at some speed of above 20 KM approximately.

I came across this video that talks about the problem i have. To me, what this guy is describing sounds more logical to me (too much gap in AC clutch).

I will take car to the mechanic and try to have this fixed if he understands.

So far, i have taken the car to 3 mechanics (before stumbling upon above video) including the dealership and none have succeeded in fixing the issue.
