Just within 4,5KM on AC car heat up niddle goes at the center of heating range.. RMP not more high it's below 1K on AC. What's the problem? Maybe it's radiators issues?

It goes to middle of C and H
Then its perfectly fine because thats where it is supposed to be.
If it goes above middle and reaches near H,or goes beyod H, then u have issues. Rest is just fine.

That position of heat gauge is totally normal for cultus.

Do u have auto or direct fan?

Thanks Junaid Malik for your response.. But some times its comes at middle in just 8,9KM and the car stopped due to heat up and will not start again .. Without AC RPM at 1500 to 2000and with AC RPM stayed at 800-1200... It's an RPM issue, radiator issues or throttle body issues?

I think there is no thermostat installed and as he said its a direct fan so thats why middle of C&H is heatup zone for this car.

First of all, install a thermostat, and put ur fan to auto instead of direct. (reason is ur engine is suppose to run b/w 84-104 deg C) by removing thermostat, u allow the coolant/water to cool down engine even the engine has not reached its presbcribed temperature. So, innu case w/o a thermostat, and Direct fan, ur engine is not operating at its desired temp which causes a threat to it health as well as low efficiency of engine.

Secondly for heatup, check is there any leak in radiator or hoses, which may cause leakage of coolant/water(leakge of basically Pressure of cooling system).
Thirdly, if u r using tap water in ur radiator, please do service of ur radiator and change it to coolant of any reputable company.

Correct...Direct fan pe heat gauge itna bhi nhi jata....in my cultus with auto fan and thermo heat gauge remains at 40-50% (same as in this pic he put)

His car is getting heated despite direct fan and shutting down due to heat.....There is some minor restriction/blockage in the cooling system whch is causing the fluid not to circulate properly to exchange the heat (this is in case of no water/coolant leaks, which i think his car is not leaking)...he needs to check all to hoses and water pump.

Also RPMs without AC are high...it should be 800/900, not 1500/2000.

Car ka fan auto hona chahye with thermostat.
Radiator mein paani nhi coolant ho.

Pls tell total mileage of ur car?
Are u first owner?
Fan direct kisne aur kiun kia tha?
Tell us ur city? so we tell you ke kis ke paas jakay maslay ka hal nikle ga.

Yes plz it's urgent, because I was facing some issues on long distance ... Baghair AC per RPM 1000-1500 ajata hai OR AC on kro Toh Nichy Ajata hai around 800-1000 ... High Race hone ki waja sy bhi heat up hoskti hai ya radiator chok hone ki waja sy qk leakage toh Nahi hai OR pani bhi kum nhi hota.. Or jab 1st ignition Kro toh Fan start hojata hai along with battery indications, I don't know ye direct hai ya nahi but fan pehly start hojata hai then 2nd ignition per gaari start hoti hai

It means its direct.

Agar leak nahi to kahin se blocking horai hai. Pura cooling system check krna hoga.

Radiator mein paani hai ya coolant? Conditon aur color kia hai? Is it rusty? Light brown?

Aur hairani ki baat hai ke srf 49k km pe fan direct hai. Fan direct apne krwaya ya pichle owner ne? If pichle owner ne then why?

Its absolutely fine and normal IMO, provided you are using a proper coolant / anti-freeze in your car's radiator, and have Thermostat valve / T-Valve installed.

If both of these things are missing, have them in your car ASAP.

G direct hai fan.. Maybe blocking horhi ho no idea about it.. Radiator me Tap water hai coolant Nahi hai.. Or light brown type zinc wala paniii hojata hai gaskit bhi ok hai paniii circulate krta hai.. Fan direct mene nhi karwaye owner ne Krwaya hoga mjhy ilm nhi..

Kis company ka coolant best hota hai? Or thermostat ka kam Car AC wala check krega?

Fan ko auto krwayein aur thermostat lagwayein.
Radiator aur puray cooling system ki full cleaning krwayein....aur phr coolant daalein (suzuki ka oem coolant bluish green color ka hota hai)

Thermostat new lena hoga aur ye kaam aik knowledgeable mechanic ko krlena chahye.....agar koi mechanic mana kray to kisi aur se krwayein...... i hope CAPSAT bhai jald reliable mechanic bta dein gay.

Ye sab krne ke baad heat gauge ko note karein driving krte waqt (with AC on and off both)... agar kisi bhi waqt gauge half level se upar nhi jata then its all ok...heat gauge humesha 40/50% position pe rehta hai.

Direct fan, use of tap water, without Thermostat Valve / T-Valve, etc. these 03 are extremely bad practices for engine life and cooling system, and must be avoided in any case.

Caltex, ZIC, Aisin, etc.

Even Suzuki genuine OEM Coolant is fine.
