No
What to do then?
A maintained efi cultus should do atleast 11km/L with ac Any check light?Cng installed? Odo reading?
No check light.Only petrol.21k milage.
Your car needs a proper tuning
Done tuning 2 times. One from Suzuki north. Other from local. The second time get the throttle body set and sparks plugged changed. Also air filter.
What else should I get done?
Get it scanned than
What ever you do,you will get same mileage. That's fine average for cultus efi. The 660cc junk give 13/14km per liter. Cultus is not a fuel efficient car..
No need to scan as its done only in case of check light. Scanning doesn't resolve any issue but it just identifies any errors. That's it
660cc junk does that much because of being highly underpowered
Not actually there are many things that one can only find after seeing live data on scanner such have ignition timing advancing on high rpm map vaccumm tps values such things when messed up dont show check light yet effect fuel economy of car
Any plus of getting car examined from pakwheel service? Cost 2ooo
Pakwheel car sure team isnt professional as per reviews
Scanning generally means error codes. This live data is step ahead
Don't be too bothered with this mileage. I am telling you you will just end up spending without getting improvement.
I own Cultus EFI 2007 and I can assure you Cultus overall has bad average.
It's been getting quite costly. Initially, the running was not that much, so didn't opt for installing cng. Now when I think of it, people saying it would harm engine being Efi. Cng works well for non Efi.
Is it advisable to move to New cultus? What pros and cons will be, comparing with the existing 2012 model?
i had owned an efi cultus in past-totally ran on cng and i admit its an awesome car on cng and nightmare on petrol! it used to give me around 120km without ac in full cng tank in congested karachi drive daily (around Rs.450-500). now thats an excellent average. and in petrol of same amount you cannot cross 60-65km. and please the engine damage on cng is very long term and by that time you have already saved a fortune in terms of fuel costs. so as per my running, i saved 3k average on fuel by running cng - that is 36k in a year. and thats awesome
